Film and Animation Director, Wayne McCauslin brings worlds to life, using both traditional and alternative methods of working.  His experience in the television and film industries  have cultivated his passion for bringing to life charming characters encompassed in beautifully illustrated worlds.  Some of his earlier acknowledgments, such as being nominated for the regional RTS awards for the emotive short ‘The Great Escape’ in 2008, gave Wayne the exposure to then work with some of the most well-known and creative companies in England, such as the BBC and The neighbourhood.

After several years working in the industry as an animator and vfx artist, he is now establishing himself as a director, teaming up with the likes of popular indie band Husky for their music video, ‘I’m not coming back’. The film has been featured on notable websites such as  Vimeo staff picks and cgsociety and has also found Its way across the waters  screening at the prestigious 40th Cleveland International film festival and many others.

Wayne recently returned to civilisation from the isolated peaks of Tuscany. The setting was the perfect spot for developing his new film and feeding his creative soul for future projects.
